For the past 15 years, Catherine has led global marketing in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer companies. Catherine brings expert insights on brand awareness, demand generation, and solution-based selling. She developed a love of analytics and results-oriented marketing, which has led her to help technology firms drive market awareness, visibility, and brand recognition around the world. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing and an MBA from California State University, Long Beach. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her two sons and singing professionally.   Graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Madison Simmonds joins the MFour team as the Recruiting Coordinator, where she will support the recruiting team and the HR department as a whole. Madison has valuable experience with sourcing and qualifying contacts and has a passion to say organized, which will help her in her administrative duties. She brings her energetic and positive spirit to this role and will be an excellent representation of the company while conducting interviews. The move will be effective November 1, 2015 to Newport Beach Gateway, where the offices will overlook Newport Beach’s Upper Back Bay Preserve.
